Various Module Setups From Other Convertible Owners

With an Electric Guitar:

From Philippe Dupont - Belgium:

"The combination Low-cut Classic/Hi-gain/Classic gives a really nice "Matchless" tone, with great mids."

From Mark Lee Townsend - US:

"I stumbled on a module combo that is pretty cool. Normal in the first slot. Classic then High Gain Hybrid for the Red Channel and Cascode then Classic for the Green. The Red channel is aggressive but full of harmonics and cleans up a bit if you roll the volume down. The Green has a ton of chime like a Vox but bigger and slightly less compressed."

With an Acoustic Guitar:

From Philippe Dupont - Belgium:

"I've tried amplifying my electro-acoustic guitar with the Convertible. I've tried this before with some other electric guitar amps, and it was just awful. My guitar is a Cort jumbo (solid spruce top) with a piezo and a Fishman Classic4 preamp. I used these modules: FET/Normal/Presence, and a load resistor plug (DIY 10K/0.1 or 10K/3300 - both sound good, but slightly different). And it works just fine - at least as good as most of the mid-priced acoustic guitar combos I've tried! And if you add a compressor, it's close to perfection (considering a piezo pickup will never provide you a pure acoustic tone)."
